Getting a Library Card

Children who live in Ward or White River townships can get a library card when accompanied by a parent with proof of address. Students who are enrolled in the Randolph Central School Corporation but reside in Franklin Township may get a library card at no charge. They must show proof of enrollment in one of the schools in the Randolph Central School Corporation. Proof of enrollment may include report cards, book rental receipts, or IDs. These student cards will expire after twelve months, but may be renewed with a new proof of enrollment.
