Volunteering at the Library

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Winchester Community Library.

Volunteer opportunities include:
  • Shelving materials
  • Cleaning materials
  • Shelf reading to make sure everything is in the proper place so library staff can help patrons find what they need.  This is not a glamorous task, but it is very important to keeping the library running smoothly.
  • Helping with children's/young adult programs.  Additional hands are always helpful during special craft programs, holiday parties and summer reading programs
If you are interested in helping with any of these tasks or you have another talent or skill you think could be put to good use at the library, please contact Jana at 584-4824 or jbarnes@wincomlib.org.
